Meghna Tare - CSI Fellow - Vitae 30 KB

Meghna Tare was born in India.  She has graduate degrees in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University, California (2006) and Analytical and Bio-inorganic chemistry from University of San Francisco, California (2003).

Her research interest is studying Global Climate Change and its impact on humans and environment. For her MS thesis, she studied the impact of 21st century global climate change on wildfire risk potential for the Sierra Nevada. The project was funded by the Union of Concerned Scientist, Berkeley, CA.  Currently she is an associate faculty at the Collin County Community College, Plano, Texas teaching Environmental Science.

Meghna will be writing in the CSI monthly newsletter on the issue of global climate change and its impact.
